How It All Came Together
Summer is full — of sunshine, movement, and endless plans. But at Concrete Poppy, we believe in carving out slow moments, too. Bare feet on cool grass. Golden hour dinners. Bugs buzzing (but not biting). We wanted to bottle that feeling — or at least create beautiful things to help you savor it.
That’s how The Summer Edit was born: a seasonal collection created to bring a little more ease, intention, and outdoorsy goodness into your everyday rhythm.
We started with one simple idea: this summer we needed a Market Bag. Something sturdy, sustainable, and beautiful. Once the Market Bag came together, we knew it needed a companion — something for the long summer evenings. So we poured our first-ever outdoor candle: Lemongrass Citronella, a bright, natural citronella blend that smells like sunshine and keeps the bugs away.
Clean-burning, non-toxic, and poured in our signature terrazzo vessel — which, of course, gets a second life as a porch planter once you plant the wildflower seeds that come with each candle. (We don’t do wasteful around here.)
